Checklist:

You may submit all information through Dropbox or Wetransfer to westhavenmediagroup@gmail.com.

 

Title

Leave a name or title for your submission for identifying your submission.  We will consider clever, interesting, and telling titles for your submission.  If the title does not fit or is inappropriate, we have the right to change the title.  Final name for the publication will be up to the publication team.

Credits

Be sure to double check that all persons involved in the submission are included in the credits and their names are spelled correctly.  If for any reason a submission is published and an individuals credit is missing or name misspelled, the person who submitted the feature will be held responsible.

To properly submit credits, the title/role/wardrobe type should be in lowercase with the first letter of each word capitalized. The contributor/team member’s names/wardrobe names should be in all capitals. Instagram handles should be included, please do not send hyperlinks, please use the “@” symbol and the correct moniker.

Photographer: JOHN SMITH @Johnsmith
Makeup Artist: JANE DOE @Janedoe

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

7-14 images (editorials must contain 4 distinguished looks)
JPG format
sRGB color profile
 All images must be retouched and edited
Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px)
Landscape: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px)
Must be exclusive and unpublished
